Tips to search Job

Searching for job is not as easy as it seems. I know this because i myself is searching for  job and also seeing my friends struggling for job. Many of my friends are living in Delhi to search for job and in a hope that there are better job opportunities there. But all of them are struggling hard to get calls for interview.

So I am providing some tips that will be useful if you are searching a job :

1. Select your domain of interest

First of all you need to know what is your domain of knowledge and the field in which you are looking to make your career. Decide your field of interest and try to increase your knowledge of that field.

2. Create a good Resume/CV

Try to create a resume that seeks employer attention. Give some time to create your resume that must include all your work experience and skills information in an efficient manner.

3. Register to websites that help in searching job

 Register on as many job searching websites as you can. Some of the websites on which you should register are :

Also subscribe to some websites that helps you to keep track of any upcoming walk-ins and vacancies or job opportunities in banks and govt. sector. Some such websites are:

Create your profile on most of these websites. Some of these websites also ask to give you premium membership after paying some amount of money. If possible try to get this premium membership because this increases your chances to get interview calls. 

4. Assessment exams and employability tests

Give some recruitment exams and employability tests like elitmus and amcat. These exams are really useful in getting a job. If you get good percentile in any of these exams you will definitely get a no. of interview calls from top companies.

5. Gain knowledge

While waiting for the interview calls from recruiters brush up your skills and knowledge. Make your technical knowledge as strong as possible and start preparing for interviews.
