National parks and Wildlife sanctuaries of India. Which national park is in which state ?

    Thank you for your informative list of National parks and sanctuaries. Guindy national park in Chennai has the rarest vegetation and due to its various sections focusing on reptiles, animals,birds etc, its famous among visitors. Do visit the park when in Chennai.

    Thanks for updates blog. The < National Chambal Wildlife Sanctuarywas declared in 1979 as a riverine sanctuary along an approximately 425 km length of the Chambal river and its ravines which stretch over 2-6 km wide along the river.
